Order a replacement container

Introduction

To use the new household waste collection service, you should have received:

  • a silver indoor food waste caddy
  • a green outdoor food waste caddy
  • either a wheelie bin or protective sack for your rubbish

You can use this form if your green outdoor food waste caddy, wheelie bin or protective sack:

  • is damaged due to wear and tear
  • has gone missing when you've put it out for collection
We don't provide replacement silver indoor food waste caddies.

If there is a problem with more than one container, please complete a separate form for each one.

You should not use this form if any of your containers were:

  • missing from your delivery
  • delivered damaged
  • returned damaged after emptying by one of our collection crews
