Are you experiencing a disturbance or nuisance caused by a neighbour or business? If so, it is advisable to attempt resolving the issue amicably before submitting an official report.

Conditions of service

We will not deal with your complaint if:

• you provide anonymous or false contact details
• you don’t know where the noise is coming from
• you report any noise that we have listed on our website as something we are not able to deal with.
• you are not willing to fill in a nuisance diary when requested
